At Custom Plastic Cards you have an extensive range of card types to suit your specific purpose. We use the traditional highest quality PVC cards and environmentally friendly plastic cards including recycled PVC, BioPVC and Teslin plastic cards.
We have a large range of card types from credit card size cards, teslin plastic key tags and credit card-key tag combinations or we can produce a plastic card in almost any shape or size to suit your specific needs. Please see below for a description and the application of each type of card.
1) Credit card size – Credit cards size cards are the most popular type of plastic card and are used in a wide variety of applications including plastic membership, gift, loyalty and discount cards and more.
2) Key tags – PVC and teslin key tags are mostly used for repetitive usage, examples include repeated attendance at health clubs, sporting clubs and food and beverage retailers.
3) Combination – PVC and teslin plastic combination or combo cards are used most frequently as plastic gift and loyalty cards, library membership cards and loyalty cards at salons. Combos can consist of one credit card size card and 1, 2 or 3 detachable PV or teslin key tags, all of the snap off cards in each combo set usually have the same bar code/number so all sales and attendance can be attributed to your single combo card.
4) Custom size and shape - The custom plastic card size and shape will distinguish your printed plastic card from your competitors, these cards can also attract and possibly amuse your clients.
We offer CMYK/full colour printing and spot/pantone colour matching and your choice of numerous card features including sequential and non-sequential numbering, bar coding, magnetic striping, scratch offs with PIN/serial numbers, embossing (raised printing) with gold or silver tipping, signature panels, metallic coloured printing, foil stamping, holograms and more. We also offer plastic card design services.
